Location of property right on the main road. The property has ample parking space for both 2- and 4-wheelers. Charging station for e-vehicles also available. Staff is warm and welcoming, and extremely competent. They helped us storing our luggage (max. 1 bag) for 3 nights while we were travelling to Ajanta Caves. It was a savior, and they provided the service free of charge. Rooms had wonderful views. They had both fan and AC which was a blessing. Few facilities were automated, which I really liked.

The staff were very helpful- at the front desk Jaseeb, Shahbaz and Shubham gave us tips on how to manage our trip. They even allowed us to check in before 12 pm because a room was available. The restaurant staff - Sohail, Krishna, Anmol and Azhar took care of us , and as my German companion needed non spicy food, gave us excellent recommendations in the restaurant here, and in the city.

The staff were very polite, kind and helpful. The hotel room was neat. The food was amazing and with a variety of choices. They arranged our trips to Ajanta and ellora caves as well in well maintained cars. Our drop off at the airport was also hassle free. I would highly recommend click hotel for Aurangabad stay.

Experienced hospitality at its best. We had an early check in (5am) request. Since the hotel was on full occupancy in our room category, early check in was not possible. However the staff made another room available for us early in the morning so that we could use the washrooms, clean up and change after our overnight train journey. We availed of the travel desk facilities to rent a car for sightseeing in and around the city. The trips were hassle free, car was well maintained and clean and the driver very courteous and price was reasonable too. The restaurant provides high quality food and the staff was always open to accommodating our requests for Jain food. We also happened to visit Vivanta (Taj) nearby for dinner one day and realised that Clickhotel restaurant guys are way better at hospitality. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean and great food in the restaurant. The bathroom was clean as well, however some of the appliances looked well-used. In sum we felt it was a good price-to-value ratio. Would stay again :)

The staff were very cooperative and extremely helpful, especially the restaurant staff who catered efficiently to the various needs of our family which included senior citizens with a smiling face . The manager Tausif was also extremely helpful and always available. The hotel was nice and decent, food was very good. Liked the ambience and staff. The bathroom/toilet could be improved upon though the hot water was always abundantly available. Hotel also provided rental car with efficient driver for sightseeing.

The breakfast had a great spread and quite nice. It was ready earlier than the stipulated time. Clean rooms and decor inside and outside was plesant.

A perfectly good place to stay in Aurangabad. Simple rooms with comfortable beds and bottles of water provided. Breakfast and restaurant had good food and service. Is not very central but a quick taxi drive into the centre. We were visiting the caves and this worked fine for us.

location next to Taj vivanta is excellent as it is very easy to get to the expressway. Sufficient parking and road touch property. Working restaurant which we did not try.
